Abstract
Implementation of contextualised assessment systems substantially increments the complexity of the evaluative process. The authentic or realistic demands call for new learning strategies that differ from the strategies that, to date, have been successfully implemented by students in the resolution of traditional theoretical and reproductive tasks. This communication analyses the difficulties faced by a sample of 196 1st year university students of Pre-school and Primary Education Grades.
