Tecnologías, competencias y formación de la Industria 4.0 y su influencia en la servitización de empresas industriales

Resumen

Se desglosa el concepto Industria 4.0 en nueve tecnologías y analizamos si su adopción influye en la servitización de 271 empresas industriales. Asimismo, se evalúa si la existencia de competencias digitales previas e iniciativas de formación para trabajar con las tecnologías adoptadas influye en la servitización de las empresas. Los resultados muestran una mayor interrelación entre la adopción de tecnologías (digitalización) y el desarrollo de servicios inteligentes (smartización) que entre la formación y la digitalización hacia la obtención de ingresos (monetización) de los servicios
