Résumé
Comparative analyses of Decree 126/2012, of July the 3th, concerning artisanal food production in the Basque Country with current similar regulations in the different Autonomous Communities trying to identify innovative contributions for the artisanal food production . Finally, the contribution analyses its predictable coexistence with the artisanal �foral� statutory regulation.
