Abstract

Organic/inorganic nanocomposites are adequate candidates to respond to the new needs of the society regarding to nanoelectronics, photonics, energy-storing, catalysis, coatings and others. Among those new materials nanocomposites based on block copolymer and magnetic nanoparticles present interesting properties for men-tioned applications. In this work nanocomposites based on block copolymers and mag-netic nanoparticles have been analyzed, studying new methods to disperse nanoparti-cles and the effect of those nanoparticles in the nanostructure of the block copolymers. In addition, the transfer of the magnetic properties of nanoparticles to the nanocompos-ites has also been studied.
