Resumen
Additional file 11: Table S7. List of the 408 protein coding genes located in the five MTRDHH regions extended by 1 Mb on each side. Mouse knock-out (KO) phenotypes and association with mammalian disorders were extracted for each gene from several databases: MGI: www.informatics.jax.org ; IMPC: https://www.mousephenotype.org ; OMIM: Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man ( https://omim.org ) and OMIA: Online Mendelian Inheritance in Animal ( https://omia.org ). For mouse KO phenotypes associated with lethality, the affected developmental stages is indicated by 1 (0, no lethality).
