Efectos de un programa basado en hang power cleansobre la capacidad de salto de un equipo profesional de balonmano femenino

Resumen

Os preparadores físicos usam o treinamento de exercícios olímpicos para melhorar a geração de potência dos atletas, pois tem um alto potencial para aumentar a taxa de desenvolvimento de força e, portanto, o desempenho esportivo. O objetivo deste estudo foi descrever os efeitos de uma intervenção usando o hang power clean em jogadoras de handebol feminino de elite. Participaram 15 jogadores da mesma equipe, que competiram na primeira divisão espanhola (DHF guerreras Iberdrola) durante a temporada 2021-2022 (idade: 25,2 ±2,4 anos, peso: 70,4 ±7,9 kg, altura: 171,2 ±5,3 cm). Os jogadores foram avaliados no início e no final da intervenção de 6 semanas, em dois tipos de salto vertical: Abalakov e Double contact jump. Os resultados mostraram melhorias significativas do pré para o pós-teste em todas as variáveis analisadas, com exceção daquelas relacionadas à velocidade inicial. Esta informação parece indicar que um curto programa de treinamento em que o trabalho de hang power clean é enfatizado poderia aumentar a capacidade de salto vertical de jogadores profissionais de handebol, bem como melhorar sua rigidez muscular. Os resultados encontrados podem ser extrapolados para outras atletas femininas nas quais os requisitos de gerenciamento de força são semelhantes
