Nowadays working people request, apart from a decent salary and respect for working conditions, enjoying of their free time. These policies are part of what is known as «emotional retribution». Spain is not immune to this change and we are being witnesses of interesting political and legislative proposals such as the law on the use of time, the pilot project of the 32-hour working day in four days or the «working day on demand» that has ended in a expectation of right, that are analyzed in this article and pretend to improve the well-being at work and achieve happier and more engaged and productive workers.
