Abstract
The Basque variety from Arrangoitze, geographically located in North-central Labourd, shows influence from Labourdin Basque and Low Navarrese Basque. Very litlle research has been done on this variety and, therefore, the aim of this article is to present and examine the data collected from spontaneous interviews and questionnaires realised with native speakers during the winter of 2017. As a first approach to this variety, I will describe some phonological features and, afterward, I will compare them with those from other varieties from Labourd. This will help us to determine the location of this variety and limit its area.
