Abstract
The University, as an educational provider of values, has an important role to play in the promotionof the Sustainable Development Goals (SDOs). Specifically, ODS No. 5 addresses the issue of GI.This article presents a reflection on how gender codes are acting in the university and evaluates the extentto which the students of the Business School and the Faculty of Business Administration of Bilbaoacquire competences in this specific area.
