Abstract

This analysis examines if enhanced multilevel coordination of financial efforts can contribute to the Europeanization of conditions of integration for refugees, reducing the current lack of cohesion of an EU answer. The paper focuses on possible improvements in this scope through three EU instruments: the reform of the Common European Asylum System, the EU budgetary funds, and the European Semester.
