Abstract

One of the most important news introduced by the current Act of Civil Procedure is the so called interim execution laid down in articles 524 to 537 of the aforementioned provision by way of the establishment of a mechanism through which a solution to the problem caused by lodging appeals with an exclusive stalling intention tries to be solved, thereby getting the objective of delaying as long as possible the compliance with the first instance judgment, assuming in any case the risk that eventually the resolution provisionally executed might be reversed if the lodged appeal is estimated.
