Abstract
Quality Management in software development is not a fashion but way to develop everyday's work. Today's Quality Management is oriented towards Quality Assurance to prevents errors through the establishment of a methodology based on the PDCA (Plan/Do/Check/Act) cycle, according to the "Quality system" of the company. The issue of "Certification and Registry" of companies according to ISO 9000 will also be stuied, as well as some of the experiences had at LABEIN regarding these issues.
