Abstract

The objective of the current paper was to estimate the annual percentage of ingested drymatter, energy and protein of foods (grazing, forages or concentrates) used by flocksbelonging to DOP Idiazabal. According to the results, local food represents the majority ofingested foods considering ingested dry matter, energy and protein (81%, 78% y 75%,respectively), which means that the flocks ascribed to DOP Idiazabal comply with the EUDelegated Regulation Nº 664/2014.
