Social networks are an easily accessible information site. This paper examines the impact of social networks on the content and information sources of 20 Minutes, the first newspaper in Spain to merge paper and web press. The objective of this research is to know if the information extracted from Facebokk or Twitter differs from that obtained in the classic methods and if, therefore, it has served to broaden the media-agenda in the online presss. The methodology is the in-depth interview with seven professionals of 20 Minutes, including its founder and director Arsenio Escolar. The first conclusions suggest that networks provide an easier interaction with readers that results in a greater presence of social voices in the media, but their effect is not the inclusion of topics of high informative value but a greater spectacularization of journalistic content. Meanwhile, the institutions know and manage the networks to put in tray the contained media that end up homogenizing the message of cybermedia, including a genuine newspaper as 20 Minutes
