Abstract
After the founding of the Jesuit college of St. Ferdinand in Vitoria (1751), they proceed to the quick construction of its main buildings in the Campillo (1756). The temple followed the usual schemes of the churches of the Society of Jesus in the Basque Country, both architectural and decorative. With the expulsion of the Jesuits by Charles III (1767), the building was demolished and its precious objects distributed among the parish churches of the city.
