Abstract

The acquisition of resources thanks to the monarchy, whether honorary or material, contributed to consolidating the dominant local cadres. The analysis of social networks makes it possible to observe the feedback between these two poles (monarchy and local power) in the formation of a dominant political class in Bilbao.
