Instagram has experienced remarkable growth in Spain. As different studies show, this increase in use is more noticeable among the youngest age groups. In a network in which, as this is the case, image prevails, issues related to appearance and body care have special prominence. These include food and nutrition. In Spain, there are several specialists who stand out in this field (Aitor Sánchez, Carlos Ríos, Lucía Martínez, Gabriela Uriarte or Julio Basulto, among others). The aim of the preliminary study presented in this communication is to identify the keys to content creation and network management that help explain the success of these influencers.
