Resumo

The increase in fat and carbohydrate consumption, as well as that of sweets, soft drinks, industrial products and snacks, together with the decrease in the intake of healthy foods, and the sedentary character of children's behaviour, all exert their influence on their health. It is necessary to pay special attention to foods that are part of their current lifestyle: "titbits", sweets, buns or snacks between meals because of their important repercussions
