Abstract
Throughout history the Catholic Church has used the media that has had at its disposal to spread the gospel. Today uses digital environments combining technologies such as blogs, microblogs, Facebook, Twitter or Youtube among others as a form of communication to disseminate religious information. This paper presents part of the methodology used in research that explores how the Catholic Church uses social networks to enhance their visibility.
