Abstract

This dissertation examines how Business Ethics, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility are being taught in Business Administration Degrees in Spanish universities. Once the teaching reality has been identified its evolution since 2007 to today is presented. Next a content analysis of the competences appearing in the course descriptions has been carried out using Delors framework of the four pillars of education throughout life. Then it explores the pedagogic methodologies expressed in the syllabi using Sipos transformative learning approach and Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm. Finally, some reflections about teaching and learning of these topics are presented interpreting the content of the syllabi from transformative approaches for the student and his vision of the world.
