Abstract

Wellness management is produced by a high interest in quality and profitability. This system savings and cost reduction requires the outsourcing of welfare services in the Third Sector. It could be considered a patronage spending on social services and social policy in recent years. This paper analyzes the organizational capacity of the third manager in the shared management of welfare, separating the non-profit entities those whose objective is to obtain benefits from the provision of plural welfare.
