Abstract
In the last decades, the leisure phenomenon has undergone an important transformation. The evolution of the scientific-technological paradigm has generated a complex society, in which leisure plays an important role. Public institutions have the necessity for developing an optimum management, trying to find a greater development, well-being and quality of life. Experience, ideology, learning and praxis are the core of a good leisure management.
