Resum

In the current context of multi-crisis, we question the way and scope in which decent and inclusive work is present in the priorities and instruments of economic and social governance deployed by the EU. In particular, in regard to its operability to ensure that the Principles enshrined in the European Pillar of Social Rights (EPSR) are effectively implemented by the Member States. To this end, the most significant initiatives will be analyzed, such as: the Action Plan of the European Pillar of Social Rights and its introduction in the different phases and indicators of the European Semester, as well as new instruments such as the Recovery and Resilience Facility. Likewise, all the recommendations given to the Member States on measures related to employment will be reviewed, studying especially the case of Spain and its incorporation into its Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
