Zusammenfassung

The present work is structured on the principle of Successive Tract by presenting a sui generis situation in Real Estate Law. Taking as a starting point Law 17,801, the origin of the principle, its meaning in the legal system, and its link with the legitimization of the law will be discussed. The composition of the principle (formal and substantial tract) and content are also analyzed. Finally the phenomenon of the successive tract is punctuated together with the various theories that revolve around it.
