Résumé

Collaboration has become imperative in the face of the complexity and the relevance of the challenges that society faces, and an increasing number of governments are trying to build novel forms of governance in the development of their policies and strategies. Based on the experience acquired over more than a decade in accompanying regional and local governments through action research for territorial development, this report identifies and addresses key dimensions in collaborative governance construction processes and proposes a selection of f in action, on rameworks and questions to accompany them. Overall, the report aims to provide a tool for thinking action and for action to policy makers and researchers. 3
