Resum
This paper presents the results of a telephone questionnaire to graduates of Technical Architecture at the UPV/EHU (University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea). The main objective of this study was to observe the evolution of graduates in terms of their incorporation into the labour market, taking into account the possible differences between men and women. It cannot be overlooked that architecture degrees and technical education in general have traditionally been highly masculinised and that this is likely to affect women's ability to seek employment in line with their training. Likewise, the conditioning factor of the economic situation has been taken into account when this study covers the period between 2005 and 2013, in which economic growth stagnates and even slows down, affecting the employment rate in all productive sectors and especially the construction sector. Finally, some conclusions are drawn in which it is questioned whether the graduates have really been a group with greater difficulties of labour market insertion than their male colleagues or on the contrary have had the same difficulties as them.
