Résumé

This paper presents magnetic resonance images (MRI) of vowel production of four informants representing the spoken Spanish in the Basque Country. Using special software, it has been accurately measured the highest point of the tongue dorsum of 436 MRI images, and it has been made the articulatory triangle of each informant, and the corresponding general data. There has also been obtained the usual acoustic triangles to make the appropriate comparisons, showing a poor match between the data from the two perspectives.
