Resum

This work shows the adaptations of the field practices, carried out during the past ten years, for students with motor disabilities. This is part of the Geology subject, taught at the University of the Basque Country/EHU, in the BSc of Biology and Geology. The curricular adaptations have allowed these students to achieve the essential competences of the subject and their total integration in these practices. In this way some Points of Geologic Interest (POGI) of Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, whose degree of accessibility was previously reviewed, have been chosen. In addition, the accessibility of Geology has been facili- tated to the lay public outside university with different capacities. With the motto “Geology for all”, various activities have been carried out during the Science Week in collaboration with ONCE. Moreover, urban geological routes with universal accessibility and adapted itineraries have been designed to observe the geology immersed in the landscape of two Biosphere Reserves, Urdaibai (Bizkaia) and Bardenas Reales de Navarra. All these initiatives are part of the Action Plan of the Spanish Strategy on Disability 2014-2020.
