Resum
We describe a clinical case of a young and healthy patient with leptospirosis like a proffesional illness. The illness developed quickly in few hours, with hemodynamic, respiratory and renal failure. Usually solicited microbiological test samples, cultures, and the serologia of common illness are negative. We described typical symptoms and signs characteristics of leptospirosis. Finally we say that an early treatment stops the disease before progression advances and we take advantage of summarice leptospirosis (epidemiology, clinical, diagnosis and treatment).
