Resumo

A company is financially vulnerable when in the case of changes in external factors, it does not have a financial structure capable of meeting its payment commitments. This document presents an analysis of the current state of the financial vulnerability of firms in Euskadi, its evolution, and the factors that induce it. Based on data from 2018, the objective of this analysis is to predict the financial capacity of firms to face the challenges posed by the COVID-19 outbreak. Finally, this analysis suggests a typology of four financial profiles assessing their size, sector, and impact in the economy
