Social integration is part of the long-term, "durable" solutions that UNHCR proposes for refugees: the main one in developed countries. A solution that can open windows of opportunity, as well as to their countries of origin, since, in modern times, a community in the diaspora with high levels of integration is capable of becoming a development agent for its national territories.
