Resumo

The archaeological site of Bolinkoba (Abadiño, Basque Country) was initially excavated by T. Aranzadi and J.M. Barandiarán (1932-1933), and later, emptied at an indeterminate moment by the Marquis of Loriana. The excavation was never properly published, due to the circumstances imposed by the Civil War, despite which it has been an important reference for the Iberian Solutrean and Gravettian. Between 2008-2014 a research team led by M.J. Iriarte-Chiapusso has returned to the site to rescue, as far as possible, the information still available, and correlate it with the first excavations. In this intervention, remains of Magdalenian rock art and some element of mobiliar art in the cave have been discovered. Two small levels have also been discovered, corresponding to the Evolved Aurignacian and the Mousterian, which went unnoticed during the first excavations
