Resum
The regulations regarding validation of electives credits at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) allow Business Studies graduates to obtain a degree in Business Management by just defending an End of Degree Project. In this situation, in which a group of students have not developed during their academic life the necessary TFG generic skills, three professors have undertaken an Educational Innovation Project which aims to ensure their attainment. To do this, we use active learning methods based on an initial personal SWOT, in conjunction with periodic evaluation by tutors and students, as well as selfevaluation. We will carry out experimental research to analyze how the proposed activities affect students. We will select, validate and apply tools to monitor the evolution and opinions of students, both on methodology and on their work and that of their companions. As a result of the preparatory work, the teaching team has established unifying criteria and is developing an innovative model of active tutoring.
